Privacy Policy

Last updated:

This policy explains how Rezervold ("we", "us"), the developer responsible for the services described here, handles information when you use our games that link to this policy, visit rezervold.com, or contact us.

We use information to keep our games working, understand gameplay, fix problems and support the games through advertising. For privacy questions or requests, email tagle.games@gmail.com.

01 Information we use

Game progress. Games store progress, unlocked items, virtual currency and preferences on your device. Selected gameplay information is also used in analytics; local saves and records sent to service providers are separate.

Gameplay and device information. Analytics can include sessions, tutorial progress, completed rounds, selected game and interface interactions, advertising activity, app version, device model, operating system, language and approximate region. App-instance and event identifiers help distinguish sessions and understand how the game is used.

Diagnostics. Crash and error reports can include installation identifiers, device and app information, error messages, stack traces and events leading up to a problem. They help us investigate crashes and improve reliability.

Advertising information. Advertising services can process IP addresses, advertising IDs where available, other app or device identifiers, device and network information, approximate region, privacy choices, and ad views, clicks and reward outcomes. Reports may include revenue associated with an ad impression. These identifiers can be personal data even when they do not contain your name.

Support messages. When you email us, we receive your address, message and any information you choose to include. Please send only what is needed to handle your request.

Our current games do not require a player account or use our own cloud-save service. We do not ask for contacts, microphone recordings or precise GPS location. Approximate location may still be inferred from an IP address. If a game introduces different features or data practices, we will provide additional information.

02 How information is used

We use information to operate the games, remember preferences, deliver virtual rewards, improve gameplay and performance, measure advertising, prevent fraud, respond to requests and meet legal obligations. Advertising partners may use it to select ads, including interest-based ads where permitted by your choices and applicable law.

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, relevant grounds include providing the service you request, legitimate interests in maintaining security and reliability and responding to support requests, legal obligations, and consent for processing that requires it. This policy is an explanation of our practices, not a substitute for any consent required by law.

03 Service providers

We use Google Analytics for Firebase for gameplay analysis and Firebase Crashlytics for diagnostics. Analytics may also be processed in Google Cloud tools, including BigQuery. See Google's privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and Firebase privacy information (https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy).

Advertising is provided through Appodeal (https://appodeal.com/privacy-policy/). The advertising integration includes Bidon, BidMachine (https://www.bidmachine.com/privacy-policy), AppLovin (https://legal.applovin.com/privacy/), ironSource (https://unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy) and Mintegral (https://www.mintegral.com/en/privacy). It also includes Sentry (https://sentry.io/privacy/) for integration diagnostics. Available partners and processing depend on the game, region and privacy choices.

Providers receive information relevant to their services. Some process it on our behalf; advertising providers may also act independently and work with other advertising partners under their own privacy notices. Their notices and the advertising privacy message provide further details.

We may also disclose information when necessary to comply with law, protect users and the service, or handle legal claims. If ownership of a game changes, relevant information may transfer with it, subject to applicable legal requirements.

04 Advertising and your choices

Games may show interstitial and optional rewarded ads. Choosing to watch an ad for a reward is separate from agreeing to personalized advertising.

Where available, the advertising privacy message lets you review purposes and partners and make choices. You can revisit these through Settings → Privacy Options when that option is shown. Choosing less personalized advertising may still allow technical processing needed to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud.

Advertising choices and gameplay analytics or crash reporting are separate. Changing an advertising preference does not, by itself, switch off those other services. You can contact us about their processing or exercise the rights described below.

Your device settings may let you reset or delete your advertising ID or limit advertising tracking. This does not automatically delete information already received by providers.

Some privacy laws describe advertising-related disclosures of identifiers and activity as "sale", "sharing" or "targeted advertising", even without a monetary payment for the data. Where applicable, you can use the available advertising controls or contact us to exercise your opt-out rights.

05 Retention and deletion

Retention depends on the information and its purpose. Local progress remains until removed through game or device controls; clearing app storage can erase your progress. Platform backups, if enabled, are managed separately.

For analytics and diagnostics, retention depends on the time needed to compare game versions, understand progression and investigate problems, and on provider settings. Analytics exports have separate retention settings. We keep support messages to handle requests and necessary follow-up, meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. We retain information only as needed for these purposes, then delete or de-identify it.

Providers also apply their own retention policies. For example, Firebase Crashlytics retains crash information and associated identifiers for 90 days before beginning removal. That period does not apply to every category of information described here.

Uninstalling a game or resetting progress does not automatically erase information already sent to providers. To request deletion, email tagle.games@gmail.com with the game name and your request. We may need limited additional information to locate device-linked records; an email address alone may not identify them. We will explain what is needed and assist with requests involving providers.

06 Your privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to or a copy of your information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or portability; object to processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of certain advertising-related disclosures. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. You may also have a right to appeal a decision or complain to your local data protection authority.

Send requests or appeals to tagle.games@gmail.com. We respond within applicable legal time limits, may ask for information needed to verify the request, and explain any legal or technical limitations. We do not penalize you for exercising your rights.

07 International processing and security

Our providers operate internationally, so information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. Applicable data protection law governs the safeguards required for these transfers. Contact us for information about the relevant provider arrangements.

We use security measures appropriate to the information, including encrypted connections for the website and supported service communications. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

08 Children

Please refer to each game's store listing for age suitability. If you believe a child has provided personal information without any permission required by applicable law, contact us. We will investigate and take appropriate steps, including deletion where required.

09 Website and policy updates

Our website is hosted and protected by Cloudflare (https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/), which processes visitor request information such as IP address, requested page, time and browser/device information. Technical cookies or storage may be used for security. We have not added advertising or a gameplay analytics tracker to the website itself.

We update this policy as our services change and show the latest date above. Where required, we provide additional notice or request a new choice before a change takes effect. Questions are welcome at tagle.games@gmail.com.
